For those in the fetish lifestyle, what better place would there be to spend three warm Tampa days and nights than at FetishCon? Over two thousand attendees including exhibitors, fetish producers and photographers, beautiful bondage models, and the top fetish models in the world attended this three-day event. Born in 2001, FetishCon has grown to become an internationally recognized event in the fetish community.

This marks the third FetishCon that I attended, and I'm happy to report that it was the best by far. Throughout the day, the convention hall played host to an array of vendors selling everything from handmade masks, paddles, corsets and other fetish wear, fetish photography and video, and all of the special guest models. Isabella Sinclair was present, meeting fans of her Ivy Manor video collection, along with RubberDoll, Darla Crane, Master of Ceremonies Stacy Burke, Paige Richards, Angela Ryan, Diana Knight, Christina Carter, Jewell Marceau, Kumi Monster, Eden Wells, Goddess Heather, Anastasia Pierce, Jasmine Sinclair and Emily Marilyn.

Cameras were everywhere as photographers tried to capture images of beautiful women dressed in latex, leather, or perhaps only a thin layer of body paint by the talented Pashur. All of the stars were signing autographs and posing for their adoring fans. The convention floor, however, wasn't the only place to whet your fetish appetite. Some of the most experienced and knowledgeable players in the world were teaching classes and giving seminars all day long in adjoining rooms. At any time, spontaneous rope-bondage, spankings or floggings were taking place on the convention floor...but the real fun started at night.

Each evening an official FetishCon party took place, the first being a meet and greet at the sponsoring hotel. It was a perfect, laid-back warm up to a kink-filled weekend as old and new friends partied until early morning hours. Friday night's Vamps & Vixens Ball included burlesque performances (featuring Eden Wells, Jamie Deadly, Paige Richards, Zadora Dare, and Natalie Minx), an erotic art show and a BDSM play area with equipment for the players. On the stage, Paige Richards perfomed her Betty Paige-themed routine, demonstrating her prowess with a bull-whip before her fans.

The official party took place Saturday night with the Guilty Pleasures Party at Club Chambers. An incredible 8,000 square feet of play space occupied the upstairs, filled with plenty of equipment...while downstairs live fetish stage shows, fetish performers and dancing filled the night.

On the third and final night, after the vendors had broken down their stands and the models signed their last autograph, the closing party of the weekend took place. The 4th Annual Fetish Ball & Bash was again sponsored by FetishMovies.com and Clips.com. On the stage, the Reverend B. Dangerous demonstrated incredible mind-over-matter as he performed as a human dart board for RubberDoll or buried his face in broken glass while his beautiful assistant, Kendra James, used a sledgehammer to smash a cinderblock on the back of his head. Later that night, the Rev was kind enough to demonstrate how he hammers a long nail into his nose, by sliding a thin straw into the nostril of a friend of mine. I was fascinated as he held the back of her head and guided the straw about 3 inches into her nose...or at least that's the last thing I remember before passing out. Twice.
